Make it sound like you.

small Talk works out of the box, but a few settings make it yours: the exact wording of the request, gentle reminders for people who haven’t replied, and the voice small Talk uses when you draft a reply. Your profile, services, and team live here too.

  1. Your request message

    Edit the exact wording. Drop in merge fields — first name, business, service, link — and see a live preview.

  2. Gentle reminders

    One follow-up if a customer hasn't replied, never during quiet hours, and it stops the moment they're done or opt out.

  3. Your reply voice

    Pick the starting tone for drafting a Google reply — Warm, Professional, Brief, or Empathetic. You always edit before posting.

  4. Profile, services & team

    Your Google connection, the services you offer, and the people you can credit all live in Settings too.
