How it all connects

One thread, start to finish.

Every part of small Talk is tied together by a single guided link. Here’s the whole loop — from your one-time setup, to a review or a private note, and right back to your dashboard.

When you send a request, small Talk creates one guided link with its own code. That code is the thread: it’s what your customer opens, what their answers attach to, and what their review or private feedback flows back through.

So nothing is ever floating on its own. Open any request in your dashboard and you can see exactly where it is — sent, opened, drafted, copied, or turned into a private note for you to handle.

  1. You set up

    Connect Google, confirm your services

  2. You send a guided link

    /r/ab12

    It gets its own code

  3. Your customer opens it

    /r/ab12

    Rates, taps, drafts a review

  4. A review — or a private note

    /r/ab12

Posted to Google, or sent to you

  5. Back to your dashboard

    /r/ab12

    Every send, status, and note

That’s the whole machine.

Set up once, send a link, and let your happiest customers do the rest — in their own honest words.
