Sending a review request

A name, a contact — and you’re done.

From the Send page, a guided review request takes about ten seconds. Type the customer’s first name, their phone or email, and the service. small Talk remembers your services and team, so they autocomplete after the first time.

  • Name + contact.A phone goes by text, an email goes by email — small Talk picks automatically.
  • The service (and who helped). So the review is about the real job, and your tech can be named.
  • For texts, confirm consent. One checkbox; STOP always opts the customer out.
