small Talk turns happy customers into honest, detailed Google reviews. Instead of dropping someone on a blank Google box, it guides them through a few taps and drafts a review from their real answers — they edit it, approve it, and post it in their own words. The only setup is telling small Talk who you are and what you do.

The one-time setup

    small Talk pulls your real business name and figures out your trade, so reviews land on the right Google listing.

    Confirm your services

    So every review is about the actual work you did — a drain cleaning, not a generic template. You can add your team here too.
