Connect Jobber once
From Settings, connect your Jobber account. It takes a minute, and connecting alone never sends anything.

Finish a job like you always do
When you mark a job complete in Jobber, small Talk turns it into a review request — pulling the customer, the service, and who did the work.

Approve it on the Send page
Completed jobs wait in your Jobber queue. Review each one and send it, or turn on auto-send once you've confirmed your customers agreed to be contacted.

They get a guided link, answer a few taps about the job they just had, and post an honest review in their own words.

What small Talk reads from Jobber
Only what it takes to send one review request.
The completed job
Its service line item, completion time, and who was assigned — so the review matches the actual job, not a generic template.
The customer's name and contact
Used only to send that one review request and its reminder. Phone numbers are never texted without your confirmation that the customer agreed.
Your Jobber account name
Just to label the connection. Your Jobber login stays encrypted, and disconnecting destroys it.
small Talk never reads your financials or job history beyond the completed job, one Jobber account connects to one small Talk business, and disconnecting — from small Talk or from Jobber — stops processing immediately.
